Tropical Fruit Salad

A fresh summer salad that takes you straight to citrus town.

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 cara cara orange
  • 1 navel orange
  • 1 pear
  • 2 kiwis
  • ¼ cup pomegranate
  • 2 limes
  • ½ cup mint chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 bag BARE coconut chips

Instructions

  • Segment oranges and grapefruit. Instructions are in post and video. 
  • Slice pear and kiwi's.
  • Add all to a large bowl. 
  • In separate bowl juice limes, chopped mint, and honey. stir until honey is dissolved. Top on tropical fruit salad and lightly toss. 
  • Chill. Top with coconut chips right before serving.
