Tropical Fruit Salad

- 1 grapefruit
- 1 cara cara orange
- 1 navel orange
- 1 pear
- 2 kiwis
- ¼ cup pomegranate
- 2 limes
- ½ cup mint chopped
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 bag BARE coconut chips
Segment oranges and grapefruit. Instructions are in post and video.
Slice pear and kiwi's.
Add all to a large bowl.
In separate bowl juice limes, chopped mint, and honey. stir until honey is dissolved. Top on tropical fruit salad and lightly toss.
Chill. Top with coconut chips right before serving.
