Pressure Cooker Cheesy Potatoes Recipe

I tried a variation of these cheesy potato fries using the pressure cooker and it worked PERFECTLY. This pressure cooker cheesy potatoes recipe need to be on your menu THIS WEEK!

Ingredients

Potatoes

  • 6-8 Potatoes
  • 1 cup broth
  • Sea Salt Fresh ground pepper, your favorite seasoning salt

Ranch Sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing you may use a half of a ranch packet in emergency
  • ¼ cup milk

Toppings:

  • 1-2 cup or as much as you like Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup real bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup green onions or chives

Instructions

  • Wash and cube potatoes.
  • Place in pressure cooker with broth and salt. Cook manual high 4 min.
  • Immediately Quick release when done.
  • DO NOT SLOW RELEASE/NATURAL RELEASE potatoes they will be too soft.
  • When done drain any excess water.
  • in separate bowl mix ranch, sour cream and milk. Smooth ¾th of the sauce on the platter.
  • Add potatoes.
  • Add remaining ranch sauce, cheese, bacon and chives.
  • Broil for 2 minutes until cheese in melted.
  • Eat immediately.
