Chocolate Banana Pancake Skewers
Make these homemade pancakes, put them in baggies, and freeze them instead of spending money on the packaged kind.

Aubrey's Blender Pancakes
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon canola oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips optional
Pancake Skewer Ingredients
- Bamboo Skewers
- 2 bananas sliced
- 1 pint strawberries hulled and sliced
- ¼ cup nutella
- 1 carton blueberries
In a blender jar combine milk, egg, and oil.
On top of liquids add flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Blend until well combined - about 30 seconds.
Use a ½ teaspoon measuring spoon to portion out batter onto a nonstick skillet.
When bubbles begin to form on the surface, flip the pancakes over. This recipe makes about 52 mini pancakes.
Spread chocolate hazelnut spead onto the top of a few of the pancakes.
Skewer with blueberries, a banana slice, and a strawberry slice. Use 4+ pancakes per skewer.
