Gourmet, fun and delicious grilled pizza!
Combine 1.5 cups of flour and remaining ingredients, putting yeast in LAST. Mix dry ingredients, pour in hot water until well blended and sticky. Slowly adding flour until dough forms a ball and pulls away from the side of the mixer. (about 1/2 cup more -1 cup)
Divide dough into 4-6 equal balls
Preheat grill to med-high. Oil the grates and gently lay the dough on the grates. Grill for about 2 minutes each side. The dough will come off easily when cooked but will stick when its still dough. Flip when one side is cooked and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
Remove from grill when cooked place on baking sheet. Add toppings and bake or broil until the cheese is melted.
This is one step that can not be forgotten. Make sure you generously oil your grate on your grill. I put a little oil on a paper towel right before I place on the pizza.
