Ingredients

cup
uncooked long-grain rice

chicken or veggie broth

black beans
rinsed and drained
¼
cup
Salsa Verde

garlic clove
minced
1
teaspoon
Cumin

limes juiced
¼
cup
chopped cilantro
salt to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients except lime, cilantro and salt to Pressure Cooker and stir.
Place lid on and secure. Close seal.
Select Rice/Risotto.
When done cooking, fluff rice and stir in cilantro, rice and salt.
Notes
Tastes great as a side, as a burrito bowl or in burritos! Also tastes great with avocado!
