Fajita Pizza

A delicious and fun fajita pizza made with chicken, cheese and sauteed veggies

Ingredients

Fajita Pizza

  • 1 pizza dough try our no-rise recipe
  • ½-1 cup salsa verde
  • 8+ ounces mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onions sliced
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Prepare pizza dough or store bought pizza dough by rolling out and placing on pizza pan. Pour desired amount of salsa verde on pizza dough. Add mozzarella cheese.
  • Prepare veggies by slicing. In a preheated frying pan add oil. Toss in sliced veggies and garlic. Stir in seasonings. Cook veggies until fork tender. Add to pizza
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and top with desired toppings like creamy jalapeno dressing, cilantro, tomato and avocado.

Notes

To get a nice char on the fajita veggies allow the veggies to sit in the heated fry pan on high heat without stirring for a few minutes.
