Prepare pizza dough or store bought pizza dough by rolling out and placing on pizza pan. Pour desired amount of salsa verde on pizza dough. Add mozzarella cheese.
Prepare veggies by slicing. In a preheated frying pan add oil. Toss in sliced veggies and garlic. Stir in seasonings. Cook veggies until fork tender. Add to pizza
Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and top with desired toppings like creamy jalapeno dressing, cilantro, tomato and avocado.
Notes
To get a nice char on the fajita veggies allow the veggies to sit in the heated fry pan on high heat without stirring for a few minutes.
