Creamy Jalapeno Sauce
- 1 cup mayo
- ½ cup mexican crema find it in the by the cheese
- 2 juice of two limes
- 6 jalapeno remove rinds and seeds for no spice
- ½ cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoon powder ranch dip mix
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon chipotle powder
In a blender add your liquids first, then add your veggies and herbs. Add your dry powders last to the blender. Blend until creamy.
Sauce will slightly thicken as it stands
FOR CREMA SUBSTITUTES: use sour cream or plain greek yogurt. If you would like sauce a little thinner add a few tbs of milk.
FOR MILD SAUCE: keep the rinds and seeds out of jalapeños.
FOR SPICIER SAUCE: remove only stem and blend entire jalapeno.
