Baked Pork Chops// Got Milk?

A great dish to make for when you have company!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Thick pork chops, bone-in
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • bread crumbs
  • veg or canola oil for frying
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
  • cup cooking white wine
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Sprinkle garlic and onion powder over pork chops.
  • Dredge in flour, then eggs and bread crumbs
  • Heat oil in frying pan and fry both sides of pork chops till lightly brown. (they will continue to cook and brown in oven, so don't over cook them) about 2-5 minutes each side.
  • Place in large baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  • In separate bowl make gravy by combining cream of chicken, wine, and milk.
  • After an hour take pork chops out of oven, cover with gravy. Replace foil and bake for 30 minutes more.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. Covered in the gravy. If you are not a person who loves gravy you can half the gravy recipe ingredients.
