WHERE CAN I FIND FROZEN CRANBERRY JUICE CONCENTRATE?

Try looking for frozen cranberry juice concentrate at grocery stores rather than bog box stores like Walmart and target.  Grocery stores are more likely to have a variety of frozen concentrates.

WHAT IF I CANT FIND 100% CRANBERRY JUICE?

You can use a cranberry juice blend, just su the sparkling water for ginger ale.
