Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit cleaned and diced (See Notes)
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

Dehydrator Instructions

  • Wash and cut your fruit. Add to a blender or food processor.
  • Add in honey and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour onto silicone mat accessory of your dehydrator.
  • If using a dehydrator, set to 160 degrees and dry for 608 hours. Check at 4 hours. You will know when its done with it is no longer sticky and is leather-like.
  • Once dry, remove from silicone mat, slice into strips and roll in parchment or wax paper.

Oven Instructions
