Strawberry Lemonade Fruit Leather
It's so easy to blend up in a blender, smooth out, bake, eat.
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 large lemon
- ¼ cup sugar or honey
- parchment paper/silpat
Cut and wash strawberrries. Zest whole lemon, and then juice it. Add sugar and blend till smooth. If desired you can strain out seeds.(I leave mine as is)
Line dehydrator sheets or sheet cake pan with parchment paper, silpat or dehydrator plastic sheet. If using a dehydrator follow user manual instructions for fruit leather for your specific machine. If drying in oven, bake at lowest setting or 170 with oven door propped open until fruit leather is no longer sticky.
When finished cut and roll-up in parchment paper or wax paper.
