Ingredients

milk

Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth and throughly mixed.
If using a Blendtec.. press "batter" button and allow it to cycle.
Pour batter in 4 inch circles on a non-stick griddle over medium-high heat and then flip.
Serve warm with some yummy buttermilk syrup!
Notes
Put wet ingredients in first and then dry ingredients later to ensure they don't clog the blades.
