Homemade Blender Pancakes

Fluffy easy blender pancakes - no fuss, no muss.

  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 ¼ cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  • Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth and throughly mixed.
  • If using a Blendtec.. press "batter" button and allow it to cycle.
  • Pour batter in 4 inch circles on a non-stick griddle over medium-high heat and then flip.
  • Serve warm with some yummy buttermilk syrup!


Put wet ingredients in first and then dry ingredients later to ensure they don't clog the blades.
