Ingredients

batch
of fudge
2
cup
good chocolate for melting
Crisco
Toppings
crushed candy canes, nuts, coconut, crumbled candy bars
Parchment Paper
Instructions
Cut your fudge into bite sized pieces.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Roll fudge into small balls and line on parchment paper.
Prepare toppings.
Melt chocolate slowly in microwave at 30 second increments, stirring frequently.
When melted, stir in a teaspoon of crisco at a time to thin the chocolate until desired consistency is reached.
Dip fudge balls into chocolate using a toothpick. Once coated place on parchment paper.
Add topping while chocolate is still wet.
Allow chocolate to cool and harden before handling.
Notes
For fudge that is a little dry microwave a few at a time for a few seconds
