- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup powder vanilla coffee creamer
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 cups milk

In a 6 qt pressure cooker, add 12 cups of milk.
Add 2 cups of powdered mix. Stir until completely dissolved.
Cook on low pressure for 3 minutes, allowing a 2 minute natural release.
Laddle into mugs and top with whipped cream.

Heat over medium heat until milk barely comes to a simmer.
