Honey Glazed Pressure Cooker Carrots

- 6-10 whole carrots
- ½ cup water
- 1 Tbs honey
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- parsely for garnish optional
Stovetop Instructions
Peel and cut carrots as desired.
Increase water to 2 cups.
Bring carrots and water to a boil and let simmer until they reach desired tenderness.
Drain carrots (you may leave a few TBS of water) and add honey, butter, salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
Pressure Cooker Instructions
Peel and cut carrots as desired.
Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker.
Close lid, and set valve to seal. Cook on high for 4 minutes.
Use a quick release when cooking is complete.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer to platter. Serve immediately.
