Creamy Tuscan Chicken
You'll surprise yourself with your gourmet skills after whippin' this guy up!
Servings: 4 servings
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup white wine
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tablespoon Basil Pesto
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- handful of basil chopped
- 1 cup chopped spinach
Cut chicken in to bite size pieces. season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and add chicken. Cook until just browned
Remove chicken from pan, but keep pan heated. Pour in white wine and allow to boil and reduce in half.
Add cream, cheese, pesto, garlic and mix.
Bring sauce to a simmer and add basil, spinach and chicken.
Serve over about ½ box of your favorite noodles.
