Tropical Green Smoothies

- 1 large handful of ice
- 2 cup orange juice or coconut water
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup mango cored and peeled
- 1 pear cored, peel left intact
- 1 Granny Smith apple cored, peel left intact
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 1 large handful of kale
We often will substitute a banana instead of a pear, or when we are out of mango we just add additional pineapple. If you are strongly against kale then just add an additional handful of spinach!
You can also add protein powder or collagen! I often add vanilla collagen and my kids have no idea. Smoothies are awesome for being so versatile.
