Healthy Pasta Salad

Delicious, easy, 5-ingredient healthy pasta salad is perfect for dinner side or fresh lunch! Creamy avocado, pasta, spinach and tangy champagne dressing!

Ingredients

  • 1 box bow-tie pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¾ cup feta Cheese
  • 1 large Avocado diced
  • ½ bottle BRIANNAS Champagne vinaigrette
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach chopped if desired

Instructions

  • Cook bowtie pasta and let chill in refrigerator
  • Slice tomatoes into quarter or halves
  • Dice avocado
  • Measure out feta cheese
  • Combine all ingredients
  • Add ½ bottle dressing
  • Mix ingredients together
  • Add Salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve chilled

Notes

If you want to make this salad a head of time you can combine all ingredients except the dressing and keep chilled in fridge. Mix dressing right before serving into bowl.
