Delicious, easy, 5-ingredient healthy pasta salad is perfect for dinner side or fresh lunch! Creamy avocado, pasta, spinach and tangy champagne dressing!

  • 1 Box bow-tie pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3/4 cup feta Cheese
  • 1 large Avocado diced
  • 1/2 bottle BRIANNAS Champagne vinaigrette
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach chopped if desired
  1. Cook bowtie pasta and let chill in refrigerator
  2. Slice tomatoes into quarter or halves

  3. Dice avocado
  4. Measure out feta cheese
  5. Combine all ingredients
  6. Add 1/2 bottle dressing
  7. Mix ingredients together
  8. Add Salt and pepper to taste
  9. Serve chilled
Recipe Notes

If you want to make this salad a head of time you can combine all ingredients except the dressing and keep chilled in fridge. Mix dressing right before serving into bowl.
