- ½ cup brown butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ½ cup flour
- 1 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- sea salt flakes
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
mix together the brown butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy.
add remaining ingredients.
put 1 ½ tablespoon of cookies dough on cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Bake 8-10 minutes @ 350 degrees. If making 3 tablespoon size cookies they will bake for about 12 minutes.

YES! I have made these successfully with cup-4-cup gluten free flour. It's simple and turns out fluffy and chewy.
How do I Store?
You can store these cookies and an airtight container for 3-5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.
If you are concerned about the marshmallows melting on the pan, it's totally ok if a few of them do that. When the cookies cool you have cut or break off the caramelized marshmallow.
