Can I prepare this ahead of time?
You can make this salad a few hours before serving. I would not make it the day before becuase the brown sugar turns too weepy. But the morning of is fine!
How do I store leftovers?
This is great as leftovers! the brown sugar topping most likely will not still be in tact, but the salad is still delicious. Just cover or store in an air tight container.
