- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups ritz crackers crushed
- 3 tbl parmesean cheese
- 2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- ¼ cup butter
- 1-2 cups greek yogurt or sour cream
Mix ritz crackers, parmesean cheese, garlic salt and seasoning salt in a bowl. Put yogurt in another bowl. Roll chicken in yogurt, then in crumb mixture. Drizzle butter over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
