- 30 oz black beans drained and rinse
- 15 oz canned corn drained
- ¼ red onion diced
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 mango diced
- ½ bunch cilantro minced
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons Italian Dressing
Dice onion, tomato, avocado, and mango. Mice cilantro.
Drain and rinse black beans. Drain corn.
Combine diced tomato, onion, avocado, and mango in a large bowl. Add in minced cilantro.
Add in lemon juice, Italian dressing, and garlic salt. Toss to combine.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Stores well for up to 5 days.
