Sour Cream/Ranch Sauce:

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup real bacon bits

Instructions

Baked Potato Wedges

  • Cut potatoes into "steak french fries" size. {I like them thicker...but that means it will also take a little longer to cook than skinny ones.}
  • Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and lightly toss with tongs.
  • Place on parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle salts and pepper over the potatoes.
  • Bake 400 for 40 minutes or until fork tender

Ranch Cream Sauce

  • In separate bowl mix: sour cream, Ranch dressing and milk.

Loaded Fries

  • On a separate rimmed baking tray spread three-fourths of the sour cream sauce.
  • Place hot potatoes on top of sour cream sauce.
  • Drizzle remaining sour cream ranch sauce on potatoes
  • Sprinkle bacon and chives.
  • Place under broiler for a few seconds to re-melt cheese.
  • Your potato wedges with cheese are going to be messy and delicious.
