Cranberry Mimosa Mocktail

This mimosa mocktail is perfect for families, including kids to enjoy for a brunch, party, or any meal you want to feel fancy. It's easy to make and is great for holidays too!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chilled cran-apple sparkling cider I use Martinelli
  • 1 bottle chilled fresh orange juice
  • orange slices for garnish

Substitute for Cranberry Apple Sparkling Cider

  • chilled cranberry juice
  • 1 bottle chilled apple sparkling cider I use Martinelli

Instructions

  • Chill all ingredients until very cold before serving.
  • Add ice to cups. Fill ¼ with orange juice and the remaining with cran-apple juice. Add sliced oranges or fresh cranberries for garnish.
  • Serve immediately

Using Substitution for for Cranberry Apple Sparkling Cider

  • If you are unable to find cran-apple sparkling juice, pour ¼ of glass cranberry juice, ¼ orange juice and ½ sparkling apple or white grape juice.

Notes

  • Make in a pitcher: Combine 1 25.4 fl oz Sparkling Cran-Apple Cider with 1 cup orange juice. Serve with ice.
  • Enjoy your mimosa mocktails immediately. The carbonation in the sparkling will eventually fizz out.
  • Store leftover sparkling juice in the bottle or any mock mimosas mixed in a pitcher in the fridge. It will not be as bubbly when served again but you can still enjoy it.
