- 1 pound raw jumbo shrimp peeled, deveined, and tail on. About 16-20 shrimp per pound
- 4 peaches sectioned
- 2 tbsps sriracha
- 2 tbsps honey
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- juice of one lime
Prepare your marinade by combining soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a medium bowl.
Whisk until smooth. Reserve half for serving.
Thread ingredients onto skewers by alternating a peach wedge, a shrimp, and a half of an asparagus, repeat.
Grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, flip and grill another 3 minutes.
Brush marinade onto skewers quickly.
Serve with additional sauce and lime wedges.
