Peach and Grilled Shrimp Kabobs

Tender shrimp, juicy peaches, crisp asparagus, and a honey marinade with a kick come together in these Peach and Grilled Shrimp Kabobs.  Make this dinner in 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw jumbo shrimp peeled, deveined, and tail on. About 16-20 shrimp per pound
  • 4 peaches sectioned
  • 2 tbsps sriracha
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • juice of one lime

Instructions

  • Prepare your marinade by combining soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a medium bowl.
  • Whisk until smooth.  Reserve half for serving.
  • Thread ingredients onto skewers by alternating a peach wedge, a shrimp, and a half of an asparagus, repeat.
  • Grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, flip and grill another 3 minutes.
  • Brush marinade onto skewers quickly.
  • Serve with additional sauce and lime wedges.
