Classic Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-large avocados
  • ½ cup tomato about the size of 1 roma, or half of a large tomato
  • ½ jalapeno
  • ¼ onion love purple onion, but any onion will do
  • ½ lemon
  • ½ lime
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 1 + teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ bunch of cilantro

Instructions

  • In a blender add tomato, Jalapeño, onion, juice of half lemon and lime, cilantro. Pulse until it is blended to the desired consistency.
  • In a separate bowl peel avocado and smash up. Add contents of blender and stir well. Add salt and pepper until desired taste.
