Classic Guacamole

- 4 medium-large avocados
- ½ cup tomato about the size of 1 roma, or half of a large tomato
- ½ jalapeno
- ¼ onion love purple onion, but any onion will do
- ½ lemon
- ½ lime
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 + teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
- ½ bunch of cilantro
In a blender add tomato, Jalapeño, onion, juice of half lemon and lime, cilantro. Pulse until it is blended to the desired consistency.
In a separate bowl peel avocado and smash up. Add contents of blender and stir well. Add salt and pepper until desired taste.
