Notes

HOW LONG CAN YOU KEEP COMPOUND HERB BUTTER?

In an airtight container it will keep for 5-7 days in the fridge. In the freezer it will keep for about a month.

REFRIGERATE YOUR HERB BUTTER

Now that your butter is rolled up nice and snug place in the fridge for it to re-harden. If you are in a rush you can place it in the freezer (keep an eye on it). If you are making this ahead of time for a few day in advance place the parchment paper butter in a plastic wrap so the butter doesn't soak in any extra smells from the fridge.
