  • 2 large racks of ribs
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 12 oz cans of Coke
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • chicken broth or chicken bullion
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 TBS garlic salt
  • 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
  1. First prep your ribs by removing the membrane on the back. I grip it with a paper towel. Cut into serving pieces of 4-5 ribs each.
  2. next, in a large pan put in your seasonings for boiling, coke and fill with water until the ribs are completely covered in liquid.
  3. Boil for 1 hour and 45 minutes
  4. In a separate bowl mix rub ingredients together
  5. Remove from liquid, and cover with rub.
  6. Wrap 2-3 servings in foil and put all in a pan. Add about 1 cup broth into the bottom of the pan and bake for 2 hours at 200 degrees. You can bake longer- the longer the more flavor.
  7. After finished baking, sear on a hot grill to seal in the flavor, and create a nice crispy crust.
  8. Brush on your favorite BBQ sauce.
Recipe Notes

PRESSURE COOKER: Remove membranes and cut as directed, rub ribs with rub. Fill pressure cooker with remaining ingredients. Set to meat setting and cook for 20 minutes for tender ribs, 30 minutes for falling-off-the-bone, doing a quick release. Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and broil in oven or grill on grill for a crispy crust--totally optional step.
