Green Bean Crisps

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh green beans washed and trimmed
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Toss beans with salt and transfer to dehydrator trays. Or spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Dry for 5-6 hours. If using an oven, set to lowest temp and prop open with a wooden spoon to increase air flow. Bake for 2-4 hours.
  • When dry, toss with olive oil and store in an airtight container.
