Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • butter
  • syrup
  • powdered sugar
  • fruit
Instructions
  1. In a blender combine eggs, milk, cinnamon and sugar. Pulse until well combined.
  2. Transfer mixture to a shallow dish.
  3. Soak bread in mixture and transfer to a greased skillet or griddle. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes each side or until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with desired toppings.
