Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe

A low carb and delicious cauliflower crust pizza, it's healthy, easy and perfect for those looking for a lighter pizza option.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Begin by cutting your cauliflower into florets.
  • Transfer to a blender.
  • Pulse until cauliflower resembles rice.
  • Transfer to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 4 minutes. Let cool.
  • Pour cooked cauliflower rice into a clean tea towel.
  • Ring out as much water as you can.
  • Add cauliflower, cheese, egg, and seasoning to a mixing bowl.
  • Mix until well combined with a wooden spoon.
  • Cover a pizza pan with parchment paper, add cauliflower mixture on top.
  • Press into desired shape, flattening to about ¼ inch thick.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  • Top as desired and return to oven for 3-5 minutes until toppings are melty.
