Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz can coconut milk
  • 16 ounces low fat cows milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup flake coconut
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
Instructions
  1. In a small skillet toast coconut over medium heat. Stir until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan combine coconut milk, cows milk, extract, and chocolate chips.

  3. Over medium heat, whisk until chocolate chips are melted and incorporated and milk mixture is warm and frothy.
  4. Divide between 4 mugs.
  5. Top with whipped cream.
  6. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top of whipped cream.
Recipe Notes

If making in the pressure cooker: combine all ingredients in pressure cooker. Cook on low pressure for 4 minutes.  Use a quick release and stir.
