Ingredients
Salad
  • 1/2 head green Cabbage (may use green or red or combo)
  • 1/2 head red Cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded Carrots
  • 1 green apple diced
  • cilantro for ganish
Dressing
  • 2 cups mayonaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. In a bowl whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, paprika, and salt together.
  2. Toss cabbage, carrots, and apple in a large bowl.

  3. Pour dressing over top and toss to combine.
  4. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

  5. Garnish with cilantro.

How Do You Cut Cabbage For Coleslaw?

  1. Start by removing the loose out leaves from the head of cabbage.
  2. Cut head of cabbage in half.
  3. Locate the core of the cabbage.  It will be hard and solid.
  4. Remove the core but cutting out a wedge shape from the head of cabbage.
  5. Lay flat side against your cutting board and cut straight down, in quarter inch sections.
  6. When the end of cabbage becomes too difficult to cut, rotate so that the largest flat side is against cutting board, and cut quarter inch sections the opposite way.
