- 1 red velvet cake mix
- 2 pint fresh raspberries
Cream Cheese Filling
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 16 ounces packages cream cheese- room temp
- 1 cup powder sugar
Cook cake according to directions.
In a separate bowl beat cream cheese until creamy and then add zest, yogurt, and powder sugar.
When cake is completely cooled, cut into 1 inch squares and layer into trifle bowl with the cream mix.
Cover and let chill for at least an hour.
Top with raspberries and more lemon zest for presentation.
