Salad Ingredients
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 oz pepperoni slices cut in half
  • 1/4 cup mozarella cheese shredded
  • 1/8 cup kalamata olives sliced
  • 3 basil leaves sliced
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Salad Instructions
  1. Layer iceberg lettuce, pepperoni, cheese, olives, and basil in a large bowl.

  2. Toss with dressing.

  3. Serve Immediately.

Dressing Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.
