- 1 box Chocolate Cake mix that makes 24 cupcakes/ can be gluten free
- 2 egg whites
- ⅔ Cup water
- 14 ounces can pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips plus extra for topping muffins
Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Fill in cupcake tin with 3 tbs of batter. Let batter rest for 15 minutes.
Cook at 425 for 6 minutes and the lower heat to 350 for about 7 minutes

Can I use Pumpkin Pie Filling if thats all I have?
