  • 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 15 oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet chicken gravy mix
  • hot steamed rice or mashed potatoes
  1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  2. Place chicken inside slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle gravy mix over chicken.
  4. Cover with cream of chicken soup.
  5. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. Shred or cut chicken into bite sized pieces and return to sauce.
  7. Serve your slow cooker chicken over hot cooked rice or mashed potatoes.

Recipe Notes

PRESSURE COOKER: Place chicken, soup, and gravy mix in pressure cooker, lock lid and close valve. Set to soup setting for 10 minutes, then let naturally release. Can clean out pot and cook rice in pressure cooker or cook stovetop while chicken is cooking. To cook rice in pressure cooker, place water and rice in pot, lock lid and close vent, then cook for 6 minutes, letting naturally release. To cook mashed potatoes, roughly chop potatoes, close and lock lid and cook for 10 minutes, letting naturally release.
