Ingredients

  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 1 tomato 2 or 3 slices
  • cup feta cheese
  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 squeeze of ½ a lime

Instructions

  • Toast your bread.
  • Spread avocado onto your toasted bread
  • Place 2-3 tomato slices on top of avocado
  • Sprinkle feta cheese over the avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Add a dash of lime juice
