- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 ½ cups water
- 4 peaches pitted and sliced
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 6 cups water
Combine sugar, 1 ½ cups water and peaches in a large skillet. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Set aside to cook.
Transfer peaches and liquid to a blender and purée.
In a large pitcher(2 quarts) combine lemon juice, peach purée, and water. Stir to combine.
Pour into glasses over ice.
