  • Bake at 415°F (210°C) for 15 minutes (+ or - depending on crust size and thickness)

Notes

TIPS FOR ROLLING OUT DOUGH
  1. dust a surface with flour
  2. roll dough out into a circle, or what ever shape your pizza pan is. Roll it about 2 inches larger than your pan.
  3. you can double check its size by placing the pan on top of you dough.
  4. grease, or use parchment paper and place dough on pan. Then roll up your ends to crust.

CAN I LET IT RISE IF I HAVE TIME?

YES! I usually will let my dough sit in the bowl while I pull out my ingredients for toppings, get a few other things going. Because it has warm water the dough is warm and rises fast. But if you are in a rush, by all means roll this puppy out!
