  • 2 golden delicious apples chopped
  • 1 pint strawberries chopped
  • 2 kiwi chopped
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon veg oil
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Sweet Fruit Salsa
  1. In a medium bowl I combine the jam and sugars. Stir until smooth.
  2. Chop all fruit and place in the bowl with your glaze.
  3. After all fruits are added gently fold the fruit into the glaze until coated.
  4. Serve with Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips or Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips.
Cinnamon Sugar Chips
  1. Brush each side of each corn tortilla with vegetable oil.
  2. Stack and cut into 12 slices (like a pizza).
  3. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until crisp.
