Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 golden delicious apples chopped
  • 1 pint strawberries chopped
  • 2 kiwi chopped
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon veg oil
  • 12 corn tortillas

Instructions

  • Let's start with the cinnamon sugar chips and then whip up the salsa.
  • In a small bowl add 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
  • Add in 3 tablespoon white sugar.  Mix until combined.
  • Brush your tortillas with a small amount of olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Cut tortillas into triangles.  Transfer half of the slices into your air frier basket. Cook on 400 for 5-7 minutes or until crisp. All airfriers cook differently, so this time will vary depending on air fryer brand. Once cooked, remove from air frier and set aside to school.
  • In a large bowl add jam.
  • Toss in white sugar.
  • Add brown sugar.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Dice all fruits into bite sized pieces.  I like to leave the blackberries and raspberries whole.  Add them all to your bowl with the glaze on the top.
  • Toss until well combined.
