- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 golden delicious apples chopped
- 1 pint strawberries chopped
- 2 kiwi chopped
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 tablespoon seedless raspberry jam
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon veg oil
- 12 corn tortillas
Let's start with the cinnamon sugar chips and then whip up the salsa.
In a small bowl add 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
Add in 3 tablespoon white sugar. Mix until combined.
Brush your tortillas with a small amount of olive oil.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Cut tortillas into triangles. Transfer half of the slices into your air frier basket. Cook on 400 for 5-7 minutes or until crisp. All airfriers cook differently, so this time will vary depending on air fryer brand. Once cooked, remove from air frier and set aside to school.
In a large bowl add jam.
Toss in white sugar.
Add brown sugar.
Mix until well combined.
Dice all fruits into bite sized pieces. I like to leave the blackberries and raspberries whole. Add them all to your bowl with the glaze on the top.
Toss until well combined.
