▢2 cans chili beans ▢2 lb ground chuck cooked ▢28 ounces diced tomatoes ▢10 pieces of crispy bacon crumbled ▢1 jalapeños minced ▢2 celery stalks chopped ▢4 cloves garlic minced ▢1 onion diced ▢1 Tablespoon salt ▢3 cups water or beef broth ▢2 cup sweet potatoes optional ▢2 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke if no smoker only
In a dutch oven brown bacon and set aside.
Removed bacon and sauté celery jalapeños, garlic and onion in a small amount of bacon grease.
Add cooked ground chuck, beans, tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil and move to smoker.
Preheat smoker to 225 and smoke for at least an 1 hour.
