SAUTÉED APPLES WITH BACON

▢6 cups of diced Apples 3 large apples ▢4 tablespoon Butter ▢½ cup Water ▢2 teaspoon Cornstarch ▢½ cup Brown Sugar ▢½ teaspoon Cinnamon ▢½ teaspoon Nutmeg ▢Large handful of Bacon pieces

INGREDIENTS

Peel and dice apples.

STEP 1

Melt butter in a skillet and add apples. Sauté apples in butter for about 7 minutes, or until slightly soften.

STEP 2

Mix cornstarch in water until dissolved then add to skillet.

STEP 3

Add in brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well and simmer for about 2 minutes. Stir in bacon bits/pieces.

STEP 4

Serve over pancakes, pork, ice cream, oatmeal or anything you desire.
