ROASTED RED PEPPER HUMMUS RECIPE

▢½ cup roasted red bell peppers in water. Can add more or less for desired taste ▢½ cup canola oil +or- to blend to desired consistency ▢⅛ c lemon juice ▢1 Tablespoon soy sauce ▢1-2 Tablespoon salt ▢1 Tablespoon cumin ▢¼ Tablespoon coriander ▢1 Tablespoon smoked paprika ▢¼ c tahini ▢1 garlic clove ▢2 cans chickpeas or garbanzo beans 

INGREDIENTS

Place all ingredients, liquids first, in blender and blend until creamy.

STEP 1

Add more salt or roasted red bell peppers to reach desired taste.

STEP 2

Add to a bowl and top with feta cheese, diced red peppers, pine nuts and more!

STEP 3

Whether you are making it ahead of time or storing leftovers you will want to keep it in an air tight container in the fridge. It will stay good for 7 days.
