MOJITO FRUIT  SALAD

▢6 cups fresh fruit raspberries, peaches, nectarines, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, Cuties®, etc. ▢½ cup white grape juice or sub water ▢⅛ cup sugar ▢¼ cup lime juice ▢handful mint leaves

INGREDIENTS

Bring white grape juice (or water) and sugar to a boil; boil about 10 minutes or until thickened.

STEP 1

Add lime juice and mint. Pour into bowl and chill in refrigerator until completely chilled.

STEP 2

Wash and chop fruit.

STEP 3

Gently stir syrup into fruit, coating well.

STEP 4

Serve immediately.
