▢1 pint raspberries rinsed ▢½ cup lime juice about 6 limes ▢1 cup sugar ▢4 cups water divided
In a large skillet combine raspberries, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Bring to a simmer and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Transfer cooled mixture to a blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth. If desired, strain mixture thru a fine sieve to remove raspberry seeds.
Squeeze the juice from your limes. You will need ½ cup of fresh lime juice - about 6 limes.
