Homemade Fruit Roll Ups

Enjoyed by both kids and adults, homemade fruit roll ups are a perfect way to use up excess fruit while providing a low-calorie, nutrient-packed snack option. Discover how to make your own delicious and nutritious fruit roll ups at home with our step-by-step guide.

Ingredients – 2 cups fruit cleaned and diced  – 1 lemon juiced – ¼ cup honey

1. Wash fruit and remove any stems, seeds, or pits. Add to blender or food processor 2. Add in lemon juice (optional). 3. Add honey (optional). 4. Puree the fruit until smooth.

5. Pour puree onto mat of dehydrator and spread evenly. Dry until fruit leather is no longer sticky and is leathery to tough. 6. Peel fruit leather from mat. 7. Cut into strips. 8.Roll up the fruit leather and store i airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
