▢1 ½ cups sugar ▢1 ½ cups water ▢4 peaches pitted and sliced ▢2 cups fresh lemon juice ▢6 cups water
Combine sugar, 1 ½ cups water and peaches in a large skillet.
Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Set aside to cook.
Transfer peaches and liquid to a blender and purée.
