CHILLED PEACH SOUP

1 {15oz} can Peach Slices 2 C Peach Mango Nectar 1/2 C Vanilla Yogurt 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Cinnamon Additional yogurt {optional garnish} Fresh fruit such as raspberries {optional garnish} Mint leaves {optional garnish}

INGREDIENTS

In a blender jar, add peach nectar and yogurt.

STEP 1

Squeeze in 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice. Add in cinnamon and honey.

STEP 2

Toss in sliced peaches and blend until smooth.

STEP 3

Chill for 2 hours.  Serve in bowls and top with desired garnishes.
