CREAM CHEESE SAUSAGE DIP

▢2 lbs ground Italian sausage ▢16 ounces cream cheese ▢20 ounces Ro-tel or canned diced tomatoes with green chilis ▢¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

INGREDIENTS

Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.

STEP 1

Melt cream cheese into sausage.

STEP 2

Add rotel and heat thru.

STEP 3

Transfer to a casserole dish.

STEP 4

Top with shredded mozzarella, heat under broiler until bubbly.

STEP 5

Garnish and serve with corn chips, bread, or veggies.
