CAST IRON SKILLET COOKIE

▢1 cup butter melted ▢¾ cup sugar ▢1 cup brown sugar packed ▢2 eggs ▢1 teaspoon vanilla ▢2 ¼ cups flour ▢½ teaspoon salt ▢½ teaspoon baking soda ▢2 ½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips in various sizes (chunk, morsels, minis) ▢Ice cream and chocolate sauce for topping

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In your stand mixer combine butter and sugars and cream together. Add eggs and vanilla, mix to combine.

STEP 1

Add flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

STEP 2

Divide into thirds and smooth each portion into an 8.5 inch skillet.

STEP 3

Bake for 18-20 minutes until center is set and edges are golden. See notes for baking times depending on skillet size.

STEP 4

Top with ice cream and chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
